  • 6 large croissants
  • 12 slices deli chicken
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese
  • 6 slices mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp dried parsley
  • Pinch of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter, then mix in honey, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  3. Slice each croissant horizontally, leaving a small hinge.
  4. Brush the inside of each croissant with the butter mixture.
  5. Layer in the deli chicken followed by Swiss and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Place assembled croissants on the baking sheet and brush the tops with remaining butter mixture.
  7. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  8. Let cool slightly before serving.
