  • 1 round rustic bread loaf
  • 1 wheel brie cheese (approx. 12 ounces, top rind removed)
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce with whole berries
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Coarse salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  4. Place brie inside the hollowed bread, pour warmed mixture over it.
