  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ¼ cups flour + 2 tbsp (divided)
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 cups quick oats
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup quartered blackberries

  1. Cream softened butter and sugars together until smooth. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla.
  2. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually add to butter mixture until just combined.
  3. Fold in oats and chocolate chips.
  4. Toss quartered blackberries in remaining flour to coat before gently folding them into the dough.
  5. Drop rounded portions on a greased baking sheet and bake at 325°F for about 12–13 minutes.
  6. Cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
