Blended Raspberry Oats are a delightful way to start your day or enjoy as a healthy snack. With a creamy, pudding-like consistency, this recipe combines the rich flavors of chocolate and juicy raspberries for a mouthwatering treat.

  • 1/2 cup thick yogurt (dairy-free if preferred)
  • 1/4 cup milk (soy or other non-dairy options)
  • 100 g fresh raspberries (plus extra for serving)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
  • Small pinch of salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 50 g dark chocolate
  • 1/2 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  2. Melt chocolate and coconut oil over a double boiler until fully combined.
