Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine blueberries, granulated sugar, and lemon juice. Cook until the blueberries burst and the mixture thickens (about 10 minutes). Let it cool.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
