  1. Cook the elbow macaroni in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.

  3. Gradually whisk in milk until the mixture simmers and thickens (about 4-5 minutes).
  4. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Reduce heat to low; add chopped Brie cheese and stir until melted.
  6. Combine cooked macaroni with cheese sauce until well-coated.
