  • 2 large eggs + 1 egg white
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 ½ Cups unbleached flour

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 Cup Candy Corn
  • 1 Cup unsalted butter (softened for frosting)
  • 2 Cups powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for frosting)
  • ¼ teaspoon salt (for frosting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Line a 9×13 baking dish with parchment paper and lightly spray it with cooking spray.
  3. In a mixing bowl, cream together softened unsalted butter and cream cheese using an electric mixer until smooth.
  4. Add sugar and mix well; then incorporate eggs and vanilla extract until combined.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together unbleached flour, baking powder, and salt; gradually add to the wet mixture until a dough forms.
  6. Gently fold in candy corn.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30–35 minutes or until the edges turn lightly golden.
  8. Allow to cool completely before spreading frosting over the top.
