  • 1 Granny Smith apple (cubed)
  • ¼ red onion (finely chopped)
  • 25 g walnuts (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon tahini
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon mustard powder
  • Pinch salt

Instructions

  1. Soak the chopped onions in cold water for at least 10 minutes to mellow their flavor.
  2. Toast the walnuts in a dry frying pan for 2-3 minutes until fragrant; set aside to cool.
