  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

  • 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ cup Mushroom
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and reserve some cooking water.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chicken seasoned with salt and pepper until golden brown; set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, cook mushrooms until browned, add garlic, then pour in chicken broth and Mushroom; simmer.
  4. Stir in cream and Parmesan cheese along with the cooked chicken; combine with pasta and adjust consistency with reserved cooking water.
  5. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
