  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 5 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin powder
  • 2 teaspoons cardamom powder
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • Sea salt and black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the chicken by placing thighs on a cutting board and covering with plastic wrap. If desired, use a meat tenderizer for extra tenderness.
