  • 2 tablespoons milk or cream
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cheesecake filling by beating softened cream cheese with granulated sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix well.
  3. Whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in another bowl. Gradually combine with wet ingredients to form a soft dough.
  4. Scoop dough portions and flatten slightly. Place frozen cheesecake filling in the center and seal it into a ball.
  5. Roll in a mixture of granulated sugar and ground cinnamon.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 11–13 minutes until golden around the edges.
  7. Drizzle with icing made from powdered sugar, milk or cream, and vanilla extract after cooling.
