  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter (for cinnamon swirl)
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar (for cinnamon swirl)
  • 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar (for cinnamon swirl)
  • 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and granulated sugar until combined. Add eggs and vanilla extract; mix well.
  3. Stir in flour and baking soda, then gently fold in mashed bananas until just combined.
  4. In a separate bowl, mix melted unsalted butter, granulated sugar, dark brown sugar, and ground cinnamon to create the swirl mixture.
