  • 16 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 8 oz lump crab meat
  • 4 oz claw crab meat
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella (shredded)
  • 1/2 cup sharp white cheddar (shredded)
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 1/4 cup shallot (minced)
  • 1 tbsp parsley (freshly chopped)
  • 1 tbsp chives (minced)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic (paste or minced)
  • 1 tsp old bay seasoning
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 5 tbsp unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, lump crab meat, claw crab meat, mozzarella cheese, sharp cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, shallots, parsley, chives, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, and pepper. Mix until smooth.
  2. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  3. Gently open each croissant without cutting all the way through and fill them with the crab mixture using a spatula.
  4. Place filled croissants on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. In a small bowl, mix melted butter with minced garlic and salt; brush this over each filled croissant.
  6. Bake for about 12 minutes or until golden brown.
