  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup red onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

Instructions

  1. Thaw the frozen corn by rinsing it under warm water in a colander. Drain well.
