4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 tablespoon olive oil
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear each chicken breast for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from heat.
In the same skillet, whisk together chicken broth and softened cream cheese until smooth. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese, adjusting seasoning as needed. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
Place seared chicken in the baking dish and pour the creamy sauce over it.
Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Garnish with parsley before serving.
