  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup red apple vinegar
  • 1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1 clove garlic (mashed)
  • 1/4 cup minced Italian flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons coarse freshly cracked pepper
  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine 1/4 cup buttermilk, 1/2 cup sour cream, and 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
  2. Add 1/4 cup red apple vinegar, 1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese, 2 teaspoons dried oregano, and 1 clove of garlic (mashed).
  3. Stir in 1/4 cup minced Italian flat-leaf parsley and 1 1/2 tablespoons coarse freshly cracked pepper.
  4. Whisk until smooth; adjust seasoning with salt and additional pepper to taste.
