  • 10.5 oz. cream of chicken soup
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 1 cup sour cream (at room temp)
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 oz. packet Ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • Salt/Pepper

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, warm olive oil and melted butter.
  3. Cook seasoned chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through (165°F internal temperature).
  4. In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, milk, sour cream, onion powder, and Ranch seasoning until smooth.
  5. Pour the mixture over the cooked chicken in the skillet, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 10 minutes.
