  • 1 (15 oz.) can cannellini beans (drained)
  • 1 (15 oz.) can great northern beans (drained)
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 8 oz. cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 cup onion (chopped)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp cilantro (fresh, chopped)
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/2 tsp oregano (dried)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp chili powder

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except the chicken in your slow cooker and stir well.
  2. Place the chicken on top of the mixture, ensuring it's covered by the sauce.
  3. Cover and cook on low heat for 7 hours or on high for 4 hours.
  4. Shred the chicken using two forks and stir back into the chili.
