  • 1 (32 oz) bag frozen homestyle meatballs (chicken, turkey, beef, or lamb)
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 cup grape jelly (or your favorite fruit preserves)
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Spray the inside of your slow cooker with cooking oil. Add the frozen meatballs in an even layer.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the barbecue sauce and grape jelly until smooth.
  3. Pour the sauce over the meatballs, gently coating each one.
  4. Cook on Low for 4–5 hours or High for 2–3 hours without lifting the lid.
  5. If needed, uncover and cook on High for an additional 20 minutes to thicken the sauce.
