  • 12 Hawaiian sweet dinner rolls
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon-style mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 8 ounces thinly sliced deli chicken
  • 2-1/2 cups cooked pulled beef
  • 12 slices Swiss cheese
  • 30 dill pickle chips (drained)
  • 8 tablespoons unsalted butter (divided)
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons dried minced garlic
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons dried minced onion
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • 3/4 teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. With a serrated knife, slice the rolls horizontally and place the bottom half in the dish.
  3. Mix Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and melted butter; spread half on the bottom rolls and the rest on the top half.
  4. Layer half the Swiss cheese on the bottom rolls, followed by chicken, pulled beef, pickles, and remaining cheese.
  5. In a small bowl, combine remaining melted butter with garlic, onion, poppy seeds, and salt; brush over sliders.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; then uncover and bake for an additional 5–10 minutes until golden brown.
