  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 oz dry ranch seasoning
  • 2 tsp fresh chopped dill
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 medium cucumber, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Chop fresh dill and thinly slice the cucumber.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese with ranch seasoning until smooth.
  3. Lay out the tortillas and spread a quarter of the cream cheese mixture evenly on each.
  4. Sprinkle chopped dill over the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Arrange cucumber slices evenly on top.
  6. Roll the tortillas tightly into logs and wrap in plastic wrap.
  7. Chill in the fridge for at least one hour.
  8. Unwrap and slice each log into 6 equal portions before serving.
