  • 1/2 cup red grapes
  • 1/3 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced green onions
  • 1/4 cup diced granny smith apple
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons curry
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Poach the chicken in boiling water for 10-15 minutes until fully cooked (165°F).
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, curry powder, turmeric, ground ginger, and salt to create the dressing.
