  • 12 medium to large strawberries
  • 12 oz whipped cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tbsp sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the strawberries. Slice them in half lengthwise, keeping the stems attached.
  2. Lightly cut a triangle shape in the center of each strawberry and scoop out some flesh to create space for filling.
  3. Drain prepared strawberries on paper towels cut side down for a couple of minutes.
  4. In a bowl, mix whipped cream cheese, powdered sugar, lemon zest, and vanilla until smooth.
  5. Transfer the filling into a piping bag or ziploc bag and pipe it into each strawberry.
  6. Garnish with graham cracker crumbs and sprinkles.
  7. Serve immediately for optimal freshness.
