  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp fine salt
  • 1/2 cup cold unsalted butter, cubed

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F. Prepare a 9×9-inch baking dish.
  2. Peel, core, and slice the apples into thin pieces. Toss them in a bowl with lemon juice, granulated sugar, flour, cinnamon, and nutmeg until evenly coated.
  3. In another bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly.
