  • 0.25 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 fresh pineapple, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1 cup white rice

Instructions
