  • 397 g sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
  • 1 tablespoon freeze-dried strawberry powder
  • Few drops pink or red food coloring (optional)
  • 2-3 tablespoons freeze-dried strawberry pieces

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch tin with baking paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a heatproof bowl, combine broken white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk. Melt over low heat on the stove or in the microwave in short bursts, stirring frequently until smooth.
  3. Transfer half of the melted mixture to another bowl. Stir in strawberry powder and food coloring quickly.
  4. Spread the white chocolate mixture into the lined tin evenly. Spoon dollops of the pink mixture on top, then swirl together using a toothpick.
  5. Sprinkle with freeze-dried strawberry pieces and refrigerate for about 4 hours until firm. Cut into squares and enjoy!
