  • Olive oil
  • 1 can (8 ounces) crescent rolls
  • 6 ounces cream cheese
  • 24 mini sausages
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • Everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a small pan, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sauté sliced onions, salt, garlic, and brown sugar for 10–15 minutes until caramelized.
  3. Unroll the crescent rolls and cut each into three skinny triangles.
  4. Cut the cream cheese into 24 equal pieces.
  5. On each triangle, place cream cheese, caramelized onions, and one mini sausage; roll tightly.
  6. Brush assembled rolls with an egg wash made from beaten egg, dijon mustard, and honey; sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
  7. Bake for 11–14 minutes until golden brown.
