  • 2 packs ramen noodles (fresh or dried)
  • 1 green onion, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 teaspoon chili oil (optional, for extra heat)

Instructions

  1. Combine chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl; coat chicken evenly. Let sit for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sear chicken for 5–7 minutes per side until golden brown. Let rest before slicing.
  3. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat; sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream until slightly thickened.
  4. Boil water in a pot and cook ramen noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  5. In another pot, heat sesame oil; sauté garlic before adding chicken broth and soy sauce. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 5–7 minutes.
  6. Divide ramen into bowls; pour hot broth over noodles, top with sliced chicken and drizzle with garlic sauce.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and additional chili oil if desired.
