  • ¼ cup red apple vinegar

  • 1 ½ cups (360 g) beef broth
  • 1 package (16 ounces) potato gnocchi, uncooked
  • 1 ½ cups (169.5 g) Gruyère cheese, shredded
  • Parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, combine olive oil and butter. Once melted, add sliced onions and sauté for 15-20 minutes until caramelized.
  2. Add red apple vinegar to the onions and cook until evaporated.
  3. Season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder, then pour in beef broth. Bring to a simmer.
  4. Add uncooked gnocchi and simmer for 3-5 minutes until tender.
  5. Sprinkle Gruyère cheese on top and broil for 2-3 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  6. Garnish with parsley before serving.
