  • 1 & ½ cups all-purpose flour spooned and leveled
  • ½ cup Dutch-processed cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 Regular Oreos pulverized into a fine crumb
  • 3 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
  • 3 cups powdered sugar
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Make the Caramel Sauce: Combine sugar, water, and corn syrup in a saucepan; boil until amber color. Carefully stir in warmed cream; mix in vanilla extract, salt, and butter. Set aside to cool.
