  • 3/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1-2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • Flaked sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, peanut butter, protein powder, maple syrup or honey until smooth.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly on a parchment-lined quarter sheet pan using an offset spatula.
  3. Melt dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  4. Pour melted chocolate over the yogurt mixture and spread evenly.
  5. Freeze for at least 2-3 hours until set. Once frozen, sprinkle with flaked sea salt if desired, then cut into pieces.
