  • 1/4 cup hot water

Instructions

  1. Brew one cup of green tea and let it cool completely.
  2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine cooled green tea, lemon juice, honey (or maple syrup), and grated ginger; mix well.
  3. Gradually add vegan gelatin while whisking continuously, then pour in hot water slowly until fully dissolved.
  4. Carefully pour the mixture into silicone gummy molds, tapping gently to release air bubbles.
  5. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours until set; then pop out gummies and store in an airtight container.
