  • 1/4 cup coconut aminos
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon lime zest
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 2 cups cooked green beans
  • 1 cup cooked white rice
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Start by cutting the chicken into cubes and cooking the white rice and green beans according to package instructions.
  2. Heat avocado oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat for one minute. Add cubed chicken and sauté until browned, about 10-12 minutes.
  3. While chicken cooks, whisk together coconut aminos, honey, sesame oil, ginger, rice vinegar, black pepper, lime juice, and lime zest in a bowl.
  4. Once chicken is browned, remove it from the skillet. Pour sauce into the hot pan and cook for about 3-5 minutes until thickened.
  5. Return chicken to the pan and coat with sauce before serving.
