  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp lemon juice or rice vinegar
  • 1 cup broccoli florets

Instructions

  2. Season salmon fillets with salt and black pepper. Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add the salmon (skin-side down if applicable).

  4. Pour the glaze over the salmon during the last 1–2 minutes of cooking, coating the fish as it thickens.
  5. Meanwhile, steam broccoli florets until tender-crisp (about 4–5 minutes). Season with salt.
