  • 8 large eggs
  • 3 stalks green onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¾ pound cooked turkey sausage, cut into ½-inch dice
  • 6 English muffins, cut into ½-inch dice
  • ½ teaspoon ground paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, green onions, onion powder, and salt until well combined.
  3. Layer half of the diced turkey sausage in the prepared baking dish, followed by the diced English muffins. Add the remaining sausage on top.
  4. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the layers.
  5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  6. Remove plastic wrap before baking and sprinkle paprika on top. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  7. Remove foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes until eggs are fully set.
