  • 3/4 cup cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 celery stalks (diced)
  • 2 green onions (sliced)
  • 3 tbsp chopped fresh jalapeno
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh jalapeno
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic salt
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 5 slices turkey bacon (cooked and crumbled)

Instructions

  1. Cook the chicken breast using your preferred method until fully cooked; shred and let cool.
  2. Dice celery, slice green onions, and chop fresh jalapenos while the chicken cools.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with diced celery, sliced green onions, chopped jalapenos, crumbled turkey bacon, cottage cheese, and shredded cheddar cheese; mix well.
