  • 2 kiwis
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • Ice
  • Lime or kiwi wedge (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine 1 ½ cups coconut water, 1 cup aloe vera juice, 2 kiwis (skin on), 1 tbsp lime juice, ¼ tsp salt, and 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup.
  2. Blend until smooth, about 30-60 seconds.
  3. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve to remove pulp.
  4. Pour over ice in a glass.
