  • 2 lbs Yukon gold potatoes (cut into 1-inch cubes)
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • ¾ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) or prepare your air fryer.
  2. Pat the potatoes dry with paper towels.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine onion powder, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika with olive oil to form a spice paste.
  4. Add the dried potatoes into the spice mix and toss until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the coated potatoes on a baking sheet or place them in the air fryer basket.
  6. Bake for about 25–30 minutes or air fry for about 20 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
  7. Toss hot potatoes with minced garlic, cayenne pepper, chopped cilantro, and lemon juice before serving.
