  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

  • ½ cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract (for glaze)
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a loaf pan by lining it with parchment paper or greasing it.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, eggs, lemon zest, and lemon juice until fully combined.
  4. Gradually add the dry mixture and milk into the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the blueberries until evenly distributed.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
