  • 80 g Raw Turmeric Root
  • 1 Lemon
  • 2 Oranges
  • 200 mL Filtered Water
  • 6 Pinches Ground Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Rinse the ginger and turmeric roots thoroughly. Peel and chop them into smaller pieces.
  2. Peel and slice the lemon and oranges, discarding any seeds or bitter white parts.
  3. In a high-powered blender, combine the chopped ginger, turmeric, lemon slices, orange slices, and filtered water. Blend until smooth.
  4. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve to separate the juice from the pulp.
  5. Portion the strained juice into small sealable vials or containers (about 60 mL each) and add a pinch of ground black pepper to each.
