  • 1 1/2 cups organic heavy cream
  • 1 cup chopped organic kale
  • Homemade Texas Toast Garlic Bread (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, melt olive oil and butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Stir in flour to create a roux, then gradually whisk in chicken stock until smooth.
  3. Add the Tuscan blend, salt, sundried tomatoes, and tomato paste; stir well.
  4. Mix in shredded chicken and gnocchi, simmering for about 5 minutes.
  5. Lower heat, then gently stir in heavy cream, cooking apple vinegar, and lemon juice; simmer for another 5 minutes.
  6. Incorporate chopped kale and grated parmesan until melted. Adjust seasoning if needed.
