  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Bring 240 ml of water to a rolling boil in a medium saucepan. Stir in the sugar until dissolved.
  2. Add the frozen corn and cover the pot. Simmer gently for 3 to 5 minutes until tender.
  3. While the corn cooks, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, sriracha, kosher salt, and lime salt in a bowl until smooth.
  4. Drain the corn and let it cool for about 3 minutes.
