  • 1 pound brioche bread (cubed)
  • ½ pound sliced deli turkey (cubed)
  • ½ pound cooked cubed chicken
  • 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 large eggs
  • 2 cups whole milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a large baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Layer half of the cubed bread in the baking dish, followed by half each of the turkey, chicken, Swiss cheese, and cheddar cheese. Repeat layers.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs and milk until combined. Pour over layered ingredients.
  4. Bake for approximately 40 minutes or until golden brown on top and set in the center.
  5. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving; optionally dust with confectioners' sugar or serve with raspberry jam.
