  • 4 black tea bags or 4 tsp loose leaf black tea
  • 1 large orange (juiced and zested)
  • 2 cinnamon sticks

Instructions

  1. Boil the water in a saucepan. While heating, zest the orange.
  2. Once boiling, remove from heat and steep tea bags, cinnamon sticks, and orange zest for 5 to 8 minutes.
  3. Juice the orange while the tea is steeping. After steeping, strain the tea and stir in the fresh orange juice.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool to room temperature before refrigerating until chilled.
  5. Serve over ice in glasses garnished with fresh orange slices and cinnamon sticks.
