  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 box instant Oreo Cookies 'n Cream pudding mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • about 20 Oreo cookies (divided; 8 whole, and the remainder coarsely chopped)
  • 1 c. milk or semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 c. heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp. butter
  • 3/4 c. cold milk
  • 1 – 8 oz. container whipped topping (thawed)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a bundt pan by greasing it.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine chocolate cake mix and one box of Oreo pudding mix. Add eggs, sour cream, and vegetable oil; beat until smooth. Fold in chopped Oreos.
  3. Pour batter into the bundt pan and bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a rack.
  4. For the ganache, melt chocolate chips with heavy cream and butter over low heat until smooth.
  5. For frosting, whisk the second box of Oreo pudding mix with milk until thick; fold in whipped topping.
  6. Once the cake cools completely, drizzle ganache over it and top with frosting.
