  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • One 8-ounce can of well-drained crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 cup halved maraschino cherries
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut flakes
  • Two-thirds of one 14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and line an 8-by-8-inch baking pan with aluminum foil, spraying it lightly with cooking spray.
  2. In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter for about 1 minute.
  3. Stir in graham cracker crumbs until evenly coated.
  4. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
  5. Layer with crushed pineapple, cherries, white chocolate chips, and coconut flakes.
  6. Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over the top.
  7. Bake for 30 to 34 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  8. Allow to cool for at least two hours before slicing.
