  • ½ cup Soy Sauce (low sodium)
  • ⅓ cup Pineapple Juice

  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Cornstarch
  • 1.5 cups Cooked Rice
  • 1 cup Pineapple Chunks
  • ½ Red Bell Pepper (diced)
  • ¼ cup Green Onions (chopped)
