  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, cut into pieces
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with foil.
  2. In a heat-proof bowl, melt the white chocolate and butter over simmering water until smooth.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the melted mixture with sugar and mix well. Add eggs one at a time and stir in vanilla.
  4. Sift in flour and salt, folding gently until just combined. Gently fold in raspberries without breaking them.
