  • 1 (3.4-oz) package chocolate instant pudding
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/2 c. (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/4 c. unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/2 c. peanut butter
  • 3/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp. heavy cream
  • 1 c. semisweet chocolate chips, melted
  • 1 c. peanut butter, warmed
  • 1 c. chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and generously grease a bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together chocolate cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, melted butter, and vegetable oil until smooth. Pour into the prepared pan.
  3. Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let the cake cool for 10 minutes before inverting onto a cooling rack.
  4. For the filling, beat softened butter and peanut butter until smooth; add powdered sugar and heavy cream until well combined. Pipe the filling into holes created at the bottom of the cake.
