  • 1/8 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice

  • 2 to 3 tbsp cinnamon-sugar mixture

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the egg, sugars, pumpkin puree, oil, and vanilla until well blended.
  3. In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
